Sigenergy Integration

Connect your Sigenergy SigenStor system using your mySigen account to monitor battery, solar generation, and EV charging in real time.

Features

  • Real-time battery state of charge and power flow
  • Solar PV generation monitoring
  • Grid import and export tracking
  • Home load consumption data
  • EV charger power monitoring (if installed)
  • Daily and lifetime energy generation totals

Requirements

  • 1.A Sigenergy SigenStor system installed and commissioned
  • 2.A mySigen account (the app you use to manage your system)
  • 3.Your mySigen username (email address) and password
  • 4.Your system must be online and connected to the Sigenergy cloud

Setup Instructions

1Check your mySigen account

Make sure you can log in to the mySigen app with your username and password. Your system should appear in the app as online before connecting to OhmMy.

2Open OhmMy Settings

Go to Settings > Devices > Connect New Device and select Sigenergy from the list.

3Enter your credentials

Enter the email address and password you use to log in to mySigen. You can optionally enter your System ID if you have multiple systems — otherwise OhmMy will automatically detect your first system.

4Select device types

Choose which components of your system to connect: Battery, Solar, and/or EV Charger. You can select all that apply.

5Verify your data

Once connected, check the dashboard to confirm your battery charge level, solar output, and grid flow are showing correctly.

Important Notes

  • Your mySigen password is encrypted using AES-256 before being stored — it is never held in plain text.
  • This integration is read-only. Device control is not available via the Sigenergy cloud API.
  • Data refreshes approximately every 5 minutes, in line with Sigenergy's API rate limits.
  • If you have more than one Sigenergy system on your account, OhmMy connects to the first one by default. Contact support if you need to specify a different system.
  • Your login session token is automatically refreshed every 12 hours — you do not need to reconnect manually.
