By accessing or using OhmMy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

OhmMy is an energy management platform that connects to third-party energy devices and services to provide monitoring, analytics, and control features. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about availability or accuracy.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You may not share your account with others or create multiple accounts.

OhmMy connects to third-party services (Tesla, GivEnergy, Octopus Energy, etc.) using their APIs. Your use of these integrations is also subject to the terms of those third-party services. We are not responsible for changes to or availability of third-party APIs.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated tools to access the Service without permission

Where the Service provides control features for energy devices, you acknowledge that:

• You are responsible for the settings you configure
• Incorrect settings could affect device performance or safety
• We are not liable for any damage resulting from device control actions
• You should maintain appropriate backup reserves on battery systems

Certain features of OhmMy may require a paid subscription. Payment terms will be clearly displayed before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Refunds are provided in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OhmMy Energy Management and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OhmMy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
