Getting Started with OhmMy

This guide will help you create your account and connect your first energy device.

1Create Your Account

Visit ohmmy.energy/signup and create your account using:

  • Email and password
  • Google account
  • Apple account

2Connect Your Energy Provider

Link your energy supplier to import tariff rates and track costs:

  1. 1. Go to Settings → Integrations
  2. 2. Select your energy provider (e.g., Octopus Energy)
  3. 3. Enter your API credentials
  4. 4. Click Connect to verify

3Add Your Devices

Connect your solar, battery, or EV charging equipment:

  1. 1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Add New
  2. 2. Select your device manufacturer
  3. 3. Follow the setup wizard for your specific device
  4. 4. Your device will appear on your dashboard once connected

Supported devices: Tesla Powerwall, GivEnergy, SolarEdge, SolaxCloud, MyEnergi (Zappi, Eddi, Libbi)

4Explore Your Dashboard

Once connected, your dashboard will show:

  • Real-time power flow between solar, battery, grid, and home
  • Current energy rates and costs
  • Battery state of charge
  • Historical usage and generation data
